Please select from the following options:

Plan A  $695.00Single Occupancy:  Room Wednesday & Thursday nights including all meals offered (Wednesday breakfast through Friday breakfast).  .

Plan B  $575.00-Double Occupancy  Shared Room Wednesday & Thursday nights including all meals offered (Wednesday breakfast through Friday breakfast).  Both people need to register for this plan and indicate specify roommate.

If you are combining online and commuting options, please register for each option separately.

All registered attendees will receive the online link in case of unanticipated last minute changes.

To receive CCMC recertification credit, you must be a paid attendee and meet CCMC requirements (sign in/out sheets or present in screen shots).

Room reservation deadline:  Friday, FEBRUARY 3, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Commuter and online reservation deadline:  FRIDAY MARCH 3, 2023. The system will close after this date and no further registrations will be accepted.  No changes or refunds after this date.

Vendor Information

Thank you for joining us at our conference!  Each vendor booth includes a table in the Vendor area at the event, in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 people on Wednesday & Thursday of the event.  We will ask if you require power and internet. 

Additional meal and overnight room reservations can be made under “Attendee registration.”.

You will also be able to register for overnight rooms and any of our function’s dinners.

Raffle Ticket Information

Our first time doing this!  We are offering raffle tickets at a discount rate of 30 tickets for $20 until March 3rd!  Prizes include, but not limited to, Amazon gifts cards, a TV, Beats headphones and other items!

You will only be able to get tickets at the event after this date for $1 each or 6 for $5. 

You must be present at the Thursday night Banquet to win your prize!

Your tickets will be included in your registration envelope when you check in to the event with CTx.
