We are working to make the Connecticut Tax Collectors Association website easier for everyone to use. Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

This is an ongoing improvement effort. We do not claim that every page, downloadable document or third-party service fully meets that standard.

Please contact CTx or use the contact information for an association officer. Include the page or document link, what you were trying to do and the format or assistance you need. Please do not include sensitive tax or payment information.

Use the Skip to main content link to bypass navigation. Menus, search and forms can be reached with a keyboard. The website includes visible keyboard focus indicators and respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.

Some older PDFs, presentations and scanned meeting records may need an accessible alternative. If you cannot use a document, contact CTx with its title or link and your preferred format. Outside websites and payment services are maintained by their respective providers.
